How can I change my name on my accounts?

To change your name on your accounts, visit any of our branches. We will need proof of the name change such as your marriage certificate or new driver's license. You may also need to complete new signature cards. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can fax proof of the change along with a detailed written request bearing your signature. To obtain our fax number, please visit our contact us page.

How do I add or remove an account beneficiary?

You can visit any of our branches to complete the documents needed to add or remove a beneficiary from an account. You can schedule a branch appointment for "Specialized Services" to do this, but it isn't required.

If you cannot remember who your current account beneficiary is, contact us.

How do I change my address with Landmark?
